Doing Virtuous Business: The Remarkable Success of Spiritual Enterpriseprovides a view of how businesses can operate in a 'virtuous' state and be profitable. Malloch lays out examples using what he calls hard virtues of leadership, courage, patience, perseverance and discipline. He continues with soft virtues of justice, forgiveness, compassion, humility and gratitude. If you are looking for how to consider ways to change how you may adjust how you are operating your business to move to a virtuous state, this book is a start in laying out a foundation of examples.
